Many modern windscreens are fitted with a rain sensor, you can help our controllers by identifying if your vehicle has one, the pictures featured on this page show some of the more common types of sensors.

What to look for? all modern windscreens have a black banding around the edge of the screen check from the outside if this banding drops down around where the rear view mirror is positioned, if it does and within this black banding you can see a small clear patch this is a rain sensor.
