Steve Church – CEO
Steve is our CEO owner and founder and started the business back in 1982 when after working for a well known local installer he identified a niche in the market for a high quality but more cost effective brand, initially working with an old MK 1 Escort van from an office located above a barbers shop. The company grew rapidly throughout the 1980’s saw extra staff employed and the fitting fleet expanded to some 15 fully equipped vehicles, having outgrown the original office the company re located to a large warehouse unit where further expansion saw our operating area grow to cover the South East of England & eventually the entire UK.
In the 42 years since the company’s conception Steve has seen and embraced many changes in the Auto Glazing industry from toughened glass (the type that shattered) to the modern day windscreen that is a vital component to the structural strength of the vehicle along with Modern safety features such as ADAS.
Steve is passionate about the business and believes in honesty integrity and respect when dealing with both his loyal staff & customers and their vehicles, he would rather our staff spend an extra 30 minutes turning a good job into a great job, and is always mindful that whilst the Budget brand denotes value for money he does not want potential customers being fooled into thinking we are a cheap derivative of other brands, we offer a world class service using only quality brand glass and materials, and specialize in high end luxury vehicle glass replacement as well as all other makes & models.
The 90’s and the first part of 2000’s has seen the company expand and grow and a further move to a purpose built National Control Center to allow us to provide service throughout the UK. And although these day’s Steve likes to think of himself as semi-retired t working from home both here and in Spain the reality is rather different if you call after normal hours or at the weekend it will most likely be Steve that you talk to.

Lee Church – Sales Director
Lee is our Sales Director overseing every aspect of the company from purchasing to general operations and has a wealth of experience. You could say Lee has windscreens in his blood having worked in the business since childhood doing everything from being a Saturday Boy to fitting to accounts.
Lee is the proud father of two boys ( possible third generation) a keen West Ham Supporter and enjoys spending time with his family and listening to music his favourite band, Oasis.

Michaela Robinson – Office Administrator
Michaela has recently joined the company as Office Administrator, where she assists the operations team with quotes, bookings and general enquiries
She brings with her a wealth of experience having spent over 15 years in admin for a National service company and is passionate about getting paperwork
And the small details correct, outside of work she is mother to two children and spends most weekends taking her daughter to dance competitions around
the country and baking amazing cakes and fancies!

Alex O’leary – Assistant Operations Manager
Alex joined the company in 2017, initially to deal with goods in, stock and to help with general administration work. However, following the companies gradual progression he has risen through the ranks to become assistant manager and an integral part of the bookings and operations team. His daily duties include overseeing the deliveries of glass, receiving orders to stock and helping maintain our thorough quality control process to ensure we only provide high quality parts to our customers.
Alex has a keen interest in American sports such as basketball and American football with his teams being the Brooklyn Nets and the New England Patriots.

Faisal Ahmed – Accounts Manager
Faisal our Accounts Manager has been with us for over 7 years . He holds a BA Hons in Accounting and Finance and overseas all things financial within the company. He takes great pride in the accuracy and consistency of his work and strives to build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships. Besides being a numbers guy he has intimate knowledge about windscreens as at a very young age he went head first through one and he carries the scar to this day.
Outside of work he is family man who enjoys family trips and cinema.

Kevin Sloan – General Manager
Kevin is our general Manager and has a wealth of experience within the industry spanning some 30 years starting with the company as a sixteen year old YTS lad back in the 1980’s he worked up to become first a qualified technician then the companies first Master Technician and eventually his current position overseeing the day to day running and training of over 30 glass tech’s if you need to anything about vehicle glass from classic to modern Kevin’s your man.
Outside of work Kevin is a happily married family and father of two boys he loves gardening and is a passionate Chelsea supporter.

Garry Robinson – Lead Technical Support Supervisor
Garry has been with the company for 18 years, having come through the ranks as a trainee to becoming a fully trained Windscreen technician he recently qualified to ATA standard. Having done his time on the road, the decision was taken that his experience and knowledge of fitting would be a valuable addition to assist both the booking team and our current technicians with technical support; Garry also provides valuable training to our technicians by way of teaching them to use the state of the art windscreen removal and fitting tools; such as the Lil’ Buddy windscreen installation system and the WRD Spider glass removal kit.
Arsenal Obsessed, he enjoys plenty of football banter with other likeminded staff members and was once a DJ on a UK Garage pirate radio station back in the day. A family man he enjoys running a football team in which his son plays for and is known to still spin a few vinyl records in his spare time.

Karen Anderson – Credit Controller
Karen handles and supervises our many accounts to ensure a smooth relationship with our customers
Overseeing and processing order numbers invoicing and statements as well as credit limits and payments
Away from work Karen is a proud mother and grandmother and enjoys time with her grandchildren painting
And is a keen member of her local dramatic society
